In fact, some sites have already heard from their Program Officers for visits starting this week. If you have not heard from your Program Officer yet concerning pending visits, you will very soon. Many thanks to those of you who have already registered for our 1st provincial CAP conference! Please be advised that hotel rooms can only be held until the end of this month, so if you require hotel accommodations you MUST register by September 29, 2003 to guarantee your booking.
Registration is on-going on our website: www.nfcap.nf.ca A Program Officer will contact you once you have submitted your registration. As a reminder, the conference will be held at the Holiday Inn in St. John’s from November 23-25, 2003. CAP will cover the conference costs (including travel, accommodations, meet & greet social, all sessions, conference materials, meals and nutrition breaks, Dinner & A Show) for one participant per CAP Site. Please be advised that Wanda Mazerolle is on leave as of September 22, 2003. We want to wish Wanda and her family all the best as they embark on their new life in Saskatchewan and await the birth of their second child.
